Delivery, shipping & returns

All prices shown exclude delivery. Delivery is charged at the flat rate of £10.

The delivery costs are shown in your Shopping Cart when placing your order

We currently only ship to addresses in England, Wales and Scotland.

Once your order has been collected by our carrier, you should receive an automated email with a consignment number to enable you to track your order online via our carrier's website. You will need to sign for the delivery and be able to provide proof of age when asked.

If you have any specific delivery requirements, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Items which are unopened can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This does not include return postage.

Please inspect your items for any signs of damage before signing for them. We ship our bottles in very strong packaging but in the case of a breakage, please ask the driver to make a note of this before signing for the delivery. We will issue a full refund including postage for any breakages which have been acknowledged by the driver.

To begin the returns process please contact us via email at info@meggyscyder.co.uk and return items to Meggy’s Cyder, Burrium Gate, Usk NP151TN. Once received and approved, we will process the refund to the card used to make the purchase.
